Let’s Make The Foundry something special.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the community! The Foundry is anticipated to open late summer of 2026.

The Foundry will be home to approximately 487 residences.

There will be several different types of single family attached and detached homes with a wide range of sizes available for every stage of life.  We are very excited about our cottage style home that will range in size from 900-1300 square feet with a garage. 

Venture West Development, based in Bozeman, is the developer of The Foundry. Venture West is a full-service real estate development firm specializing in complex mixed-use projects, with a focus on data-informed placemaking, community-centric design, and long-term value creation. The firm’s work responds to local community needs, ranging from mixed-use master-planned developments to major commercial projects.

We expect The Foundry home designs for the initial launch phase to be ready late spring of 2026 for you to view.

The Foundry will offer several miles of trails, multiple parks with playgrounds, seating areas, and open greenspace, all within a thoughtfully planned mixed-use community. Retail and commercial amenities are integrated into the development, including a Rosauer’s Supermarket at the community entrance, with additional shops and services to follow.

Yes. The Foundry will have a Homeowners Association (HOA) designed to maintain the quality, character, and long-term value of the community. The HOA will be responsible for the care of common areas and amenities, and for upholding community standards that help protect residents’ quality of life.
